So happy about Barrons being there right 'til the end, hehehe. LOVED that part. As for the length of the book, I have to say, I didn't even notice it when I reading it, I was just so utterly absorped, but looking back I can see she could have trimmed it in parts.

V'Lane was the biggest shock of all! I cannot believe he was the fourth one - and yet it makes complete sense. The concubine change was the biggest shock of all! Then there's DEG...who woulda thunk?

Did the whole King being in several pieces thing make you think of HP at all? Or was it only me? :p
