what do you put in the batter when you fry chicken?

also, how much/what kind of oil do you use?

I've always wanted to do my own southern style fried chicken, but i have a bit of a problem with filling a pot with oil just to feed myself.

Very tiring and delicious. And by delicious, I mean I keep eating like mad! Shocking. I'm pretty certain I've gained about 10lbs - oh dear dear dear.

Other than that, I'm well. Trying to use this year to visit as many tourist London places as possible, hahahaha.

Wup wup, whattup dawg? (is this what they call hip?? :p)
How are you doing, dear? How are things? Goss goss goss.

There is pain from Zumba?! Gosh, it just looks like so much fun.

As for belly dancing, I stopped. Haven't taken a class in about nearly a year and a half! But I think I'm going to go back this week. There's a class running on Tuesday. Wish me luck. :p

How's Zumba? I youtube'd and this is what I got:

I wonder if my belly dancing and salsa classes would come in handy :wiseguy:
That looks REALLY fun. And 3 times a week at that? Nice one. I think I might go searching for these classes. It looks like something that could be great after sitting down all day at the office.

Lets see what exciting things I can reveal other than work stuff (which is never really that interesting). Well, I had an operation last year (I've mentioned this in several places) and I ended up with a severe infection! Yes, that was quite exciting, though not particularly comfortable and I ended up starting my new project on the wrong foot as I had to formally start working four weeks after the initial training period. Oops.

      Lets see what else...

I have started a new choreography/medley piece with friends - which will be performed in front of hmm at least 100+! Last year performed two different ones in front of 150+ crowd each time. Kind of fun, kind of nerve wracking. Forgot one of the mini routines, and made it up (YAY for spontaneous improvisation) and um yes, that's exciting as it gets.

      What else...?

      I still like shoes. :D

      Tag, you're "it".

Hello dear, I've been very well thank you. Work has me working like crazy and I love the fact that it's keeping me on my toes. How have you been? What glorious news have you to share?

Dont thank me until you watch it. That was the most depressing thing I've seen a long, long time.
By the way, it is playing in Brooklyn now. That link is a bad quality cam, but I mean, its also free.
