I always have to be the one to organise meet-ups. Then let's say 5 of my friends agree to meet me for drinks. Two of them will be half an hour late. One will send a text saying s/he can't make it, 5 minutes after they were supposed to be there and one just doesn't turn up, doesn't text me and won't answer their phone until days later.

Most of my friends live too far away to even attempt to meet up with them most of the time anyway
