This is weird discussing this publicly, but whatever...

You'd really have to undersand everything my Grandmother told me about your side of the family to understand why I was so cautious about the whole thing. I'm not the type of person to ring someone's
doorbell, and say "Hey, I'm your long lost sister..." I like to know all of the facts. I would have contacted you, if I thought you had cut all ties with your family, but you were clearly still in contact with Denise, whom I was uncertain of. I'm sorry if that's hurtful, but it is what it is.

I feel like an episode of Unsolved Mysteries.

I feel less awkward talking about things publicly than I do just one on one. I know that sounds dumb, but, like you say, it is what it is.


If you'd like to talk privately about it then lets, but I don't really know how to talk to you...if that makes any sense.


I'd rather talk in real time, though. I hate sitting around waiting. I'm sorry to drag our business out here, but I've talked to this community for a while about various aspects of my life and I find comfort in hanging my laundry out here.

Well this is interesting! I'm guessing you're like half sisters or was one of you adopted or what? Obviously you don't have to fill me in on all the details if you don't want to. Anyway good luck with the getting to know each other properly thing.
