This gross obese whore thought she might have herpes, didn't know, but continued having unprotected sex with multiple partners anyway. Turns out she did. What a dumb cunt. This fucking infuriates me because 1.) If you thought you had an STD, any suspicion at all, you should ABSTAIN FROM SEX until you know for sure to avoid putting others at risk. 2.) That whole site and all the contributors on it are fucking ridiculous. There is so much privilege and narcissism and shitty decision making masked as empowerment that I can't even fucking deal. *ragequit*

She was ignorant, yes, but she did get two inconclusive tests and one "diagnosis" that turned out to be incorrect. I would not put 100% of the blame on her.

I do think there is some inaccurate info on that site, but something like 70% of people are infected with it, the tests for males are not up to par, and herpes is just as common as the "common cold" NO BIG DEAL.

I don't understand the continued to have "unprotected sex" part. I look down. I look down hard. But I also think the other people involved should have done something to resolve that aspect too.

Herpes can be transmitted even when you wear a condom. Other parts of skin that touch during sex that aren't covered by the condom can transmit the virus.

If you have an inconclusive test result you should treat it like a positive result until you have further confirmation. Sure it likely wouldn't have stopped the spread but she still should've used protection and told her partners.

People have sued over partners giving them HIV and I'm sure they could easily do the same to her for spreading herpes regardless of the fact that herpes is everywhere. (Chickenpox? A type of herpes. Cold sores? A type of herpes. Shingles? Same herpes as chickenpox.)

I know, herpes is the type of virus, not the name of the disease.

And I agree, she did act dumb but I think she was ignorant rather than maliciously spreading the virus around.

She knew something wasn't right, suspected it was herpes, shrugged it off when a result was inconclusive because she just didn't want to bother with re-testing and protection. The intent may not be malicious but the effect is the same.

She was ignorant and should have used protection until she knew for sure. HOWEVER, she didn't force anyone to have unprotected sex with her. The men she was with had the option to use a condom and they chose not to. It's a risk you take anytime you sleep with someone and opt to abstain from condom use. Plenty of people have STDs and have no idea, people also lie, so the blame being placed on her is just as equally on the shoulder's of the men she was sleeping with.
