I've never had that one. Is it creamy or brothy?

Pho is my favorite. Then New England clam chowder. I really crave pho though... all the time. I make stew in my crock pot, with beef chunks and taro and sweet potato. Yum!

I love soup! I had it for lunch pretty much every day for about 6 years of my life. Seriously. My favourites are potato and leek, tomato and mushroom but I'll eat pretty much any soup, apart from carrot and coriander because it's vile.

I don't get the whole thing about eating crackers with soup though. I tried it in Canada and it's not nice at all. Bread or rolls, it's the only way. Non-buttered.

the key is to let the crackers get halfway soggy in the soap. you dip, wait, then eat the cracker with a hearty spoonful of soup. bread is good, too, though, i don't deny that. and yes, without butter.

Any soup including, or rather based around, broccoli is a winner in my book. Panera's Broccoli/Cheddar or whatever is sooo good, especially with pieces of baguette thrown in. However a cream-based soup shouldn't have any problems with thickness.

I did a vegan stint a while back and will probably go back on pretty soon - homemade soup was a lifesaver during that time. Of course I don't too much mind a runny soup as long as I have a bread-type to eat with it.

I had some fantastic chicken and rice soup last night. No idea what vegetables and spices were in it, but it simmmered long enough that there was very little broth and the chicken was really tender.

I usually eat soup at least 2-3 times a week.
So far this week I have eaten it 3 times. At lunch on Monday I had Chicken Noodle soup. Wednesday for dinner I had Broccoli & Cheddar soup. Finally on Thursday night I had Vegetable soup at Jamie's apartment that she made.

French onion is gross without the cheese and the toasted crouton thing.
