I think it is absolutely pathetic to play the holocaust card whenever somebody speaks out against Israels land theft or human rights violations. I know we have some people here who dont believe in human rights in war, but regardless...Using the holocaust and calling people antisemites just because they sympathize with the downtrodden Palestinians is nothing more than a pathetic attempt at race baiting. It is an ad hominem attack with no rational value except to make legitimate criticism sound like racism.

I think that playing that card is insulting to those who experienced real antisemitism and hate crime. I think your ancestors would be ashamed of you using the holocaust and charges of antisemitism so liberally against any criticism of a governments actions or vulnerabilities.

I also think its insulting to the Palestinians. You obviously have a double standard. You just know that the holocaust is more played up in the media and that its more acceptable to hate Arabs and Muslims while Jewish prejudice has more of a stigma attached to it....When you inappropriately call people antisemites for speaking out against land theft and other abuses you are doing harm to your own people because the more people who make these feeble attempts at race baiting the fewer people will take you seriously when it comes to REAL antisemitism.

I still don't get why you care so much about this subject Sub?

But yes it's both amusing and sad when a Jew behaves like a Nazi. Simple truth is we're all human, we all have our prejudices and our persecutors (to a greater or lesser extent).

Sometimes I think Subversion is just an alt account of Voc.

What thread did you split this from, Juan?
  6. vociferous Cogito Ergo Dubito

He is actually. When I feel like posting ridiculous nonsense to rile up everyone, I log in as Sub. I thought to myself, what kind of trolling would people respond to the most? It finally dawned on me, and I created the most ridiculous alt profile I could imagine: a hippie- anarchist-ninja who would claim to be knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects (despite consistently posting information that was so erroneous that even a simpleton could notice), who would claim to be irresistible to women and mock others physical appearance (despite posting no public photos of himself), who would claim to be common-law married while sleeping around, and who would in general, just invoke the perfect stereotype of a ridiculous leftist who lived in his parents basement while proclaiming to the internet how great he is.

    He's not a hippie.

    Jude's the hippie, lol.

It has already been done, back on bolt.

They said the trick was to try to talk like Stewart Griffin from Fox's animated television series, The Family Guy.
